We believe the people delivering that guidance and performing those procedures are equally as important. The Skin Thesis® staff is made up of board certified Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and Physician Assistants.
Our practitioners are trained to listen and spend ample time consulting with our clients to develop the appropriate blueprint.

At Skin Thesis, our story starts with a commitment to care and a passion for transformation. Founder Melissa Haloossim began her journey at Children’s Hospital in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, dedicating herself to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. After two profoundly rewarding years, Melissa transitioned into aesthetic medicine, where she spent over a decade leading a top skincare organization and pioneering innovative treatments.
Driven by her vision to blend cutting-edge science with artistic precision, Melissa founded Skin Thesis to redefine beauty. Since then, Skin Thesis has earned global recognition for delivering advanced, personalized treatments that help clients achieve natural, refreshed results.
