A native of Los Angeles, Dr. Firouz earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), graduating with honors. He then earned his medical degree from George Washington University, before completing a five-year general surgery residency at the University of Southern California (USC).

During his time at USC, Dr. Firouz was elected into the prestigious Medical Honor Society and Alpha Omega, and was nominated as the Chief Resident in general surgery. After years of rigorous training in general surgery, Dr. Firouz chose to specialize in plastic surgery. He attended the renowned plastic surgery and reconstructive surgery program at the Cleveland Clinic, where he gained invaluable experience in complex face and body cosmetic procedures.
