Victoria brings her smile and bubbly personality into every room! Her genuine ability to connect with people has led her to excellence in customer service and management. With a bachelor’s degree in journalism from West Virginia University, she gained experience as a coordinating producer and production assistant before transitioning into human resources and management.

Her desire to grow teams by creating a positive culture allowed her to watch her employees flourish and help grow their businesses. Victoria’s parents are both in the medical field and when an opportunity in medical aesthetics became available, she knew she found her perfect fit at Skin Thesis. She currently resides in Nashville, TN with her husband, Tanner and her sweet newfypoo, Ollivander!
