To prepare for your Dysport treatment and ensure the best results, follow these pre-treatment instructions:

Limit Alcohol: Avoid consuming alcohol for at least 24 hours prior to your treatment to reduce the risk of bruising.
Avoid Blood Thinners: Discontinue the use of anti-inflammatory or blood-thinning medications, including Vitamin E, fish oil, and ginkgo biloba, one week before treatment if possible.
Stop Certain Skincare Products: Avoid using retinoids, glycolic acid, and other exfoliating skincare products a few days before treatment to prevent skin irritation.
Pregnancy and Nursing: Dysport is not recommended for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Take Tylenol: Consider taking Tylenol one hour prior to your appointment to alleviate any potential discomfort during the treatment.

After the Treatment

To ensure optimal results from your Dysport treatment, follow these post-treatment guidelines:

Avoid Touching the Treated Area: Refrain from touching, rubbing, or applying makeup to the treated areas for at least one hour after your treatment.
Stay Upright: Avoid lying down, bending over excessively, or exercising for four hours after treatment to prevent the Dysport from migrating to unintended areas.
Avoid Alcohol: Do not consume alcohol for at least 24 hours post-treatment to reduce the risk of bruising.
Avoid Heat Exposure: Stay away from heat sources such as saunas, hot tubs, and direct sun exposure for at least 24 hours after treatment.

Today it was an hour of waiting, even aside from numbing time, they had zero communication with me as to how long it would take. I left without treatment.
I asked the owner to call, and she did not.
She had a “Manager” call.
