Please follow these guidelines to ensure the safest treatment and best possible results:

Avoid Sun Exposure: Avoid prolonged sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanners for at least 1 week before your facial.
Avoid Other Skin Treatments: Do not have chemical peels, laser treatments, microneedling, waxing, or other exfoliating procedures in the treatment area for 3–7 days prior to treatment.
Stop Active Skincare Products: Discontinue retinoids, Retin-A®, tretinoin, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, exfoliants, and other active skincare products 2–3 days before your facial unless otherwise directed.
Avoid Hair Removal: Do not wax or use depilatory creams in the treatment area for at least 3–5 days prior to treatment.
Cold Sore History: If you have a history of cold sores (herpes simplex), please notify your provider prior to treatment.
Photosensitizing Products/Medications: Inform your provider if you are using or taking any products or medications that increase sensitivity to light or skin irritation.
Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Please inform your provider if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
Arrive with Clean Skin: Please arrive with clean skin free of makeup, sunscreen, lotions, or oils whenever possible.
Medical History: Please inform your provider of any significant medical history, allergies, medications, or recent procedures prior to treatment.

Comprehensive Cleansing & Analysis: A thorough cleanse followed by an expert evaluation of your skin to tailor the facial to your needs.

Treatment Modalities: Depending on your chosen facial, advanced therapies like LED lights, Oxygen, or lymphatic drainage may be incorporated.

POST-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Maximize your results with these post-treatment tips:

Return to Normal Activities: Most patients may resume normal daily activities immediately after treatment.
Sun Protection: Avoid direct sun exposure and wear a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen daily for at least 1 week after your facial.
Gentle Skincare: Use gentle cleansers and moisturizers for 24–48 hours after treatment. Avoid retinoids, exfoliants, acids, scrubs, and other active ingredients for 3–5 days or until skin feels fully calm.
Avoid Heat & Sweating: Avoid saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms, hot yoga, and intense exercise for 24 hours after treatment.
No Makeup (If Sensitive): Makeup may typically be applied the same day, but it is best to wait 12–24 hours if skin is sensitive or freshly exfoliated.
Hydrate & Moisturize: Keep skin well hydrated with a gentle moisturizer to support barrier repair and maintain results.

Jordanna is the best I trust her completely with my face. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and always makes me feel confident in everything she does.
I get my Botox and peels with her, and I recently tried the PRX facial… I’m obsessed. It took about 30 minutes, no pain, zero downtime, and my skin looks AMAZING.

Today it was an hour of waiting, even aside from numbing time, they had zero communication with me as to how long it would take. I left without treatment.
I asked the owner to call, and she did not.
She had a “Manager” call.
