Sun Exposure: Avoid prolonged sun exposure for at least 1–2 weeks prior to treatment. Do not use tanning beds or self-tanners.
Avoid Other Skin Treatments: Do not have chemical peels, waxing, laser treatments, or other exfoliating procedures in the treatment area for 1–2 weeks before treatment.
Stop Active Skincare Products: Discontinue retinoids, Retin-A®, tretinoin, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, and other exfoliating or active skincare products 48–72 hours prior to treatment.
Medical History: Please inform your provider of any significant medical history, allergies, medications, or recent procedures prior to treatment.

During the Treatment

Your Laser Facial treatment at Skin Thesis will be performed by one of our experienced practitioners:

Procedure Duration: The treatment typically takes 30-45 minutes, making it a convenient option for those with busy schedules.
Laser Application: The gentle laser is applied to the treatment area to penetrate the skin’s deeper layers, stimulating collagen production. You may feel a slight warming sensation, but the treatment is generally comfortable and pain-free.
Product Application: After the laser treatment, specialized skincare products will be applied to hydrate and nourish your skin, enhancing the treatment’s overall effect.
Comfort and Sensation: Most clients experience little to no discomfort during the procedure, making it a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

POST-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS

To maximize the benefits of your Laser Facial, follow these post-treatment guidelines:

Treatment Overview: Laser facial treatment is safe for all skin types and ages. It works beneath the surface of the skin to stimulate collagen, improve fine lines, pores, texture, and tone, and help reduce acne-causing bacteria. There is no downtime.
Expected Healing: Mild redness may appear directly after treatment. This is normal and resolves quickly.
Sun Protection: Avoid direct sun exposure and use a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen daily for at least 1–2 weeks after treatment to maintain results and protect skin.
Gentle Skincare: Use gentle skincare products for 24 hours after treatment. Avoid harsh active ingredients such as retinoids, exfoliants, and acids during this time.
Resume Normal Routine: You may resume your normal skincare routine 24 hours after treatment, once any mild sensitivity has resolved.

Avoid Heat if Sensitive: If mild redness is present, avoid saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms, and intense exercise for 24 hours.

Jordanna is the best I trust her completely with my face. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and always makes me feel confident in everything she does.

Today it was an hour of waiting, even aside from numbing time, they had zero communication with me as to how long it would take. I left without treatment.
I asked the owner to call, and she did not.
She had a “Manager” call.
