Stop Certain Skincare Products: Discontinue the use of retinoids, glycolic acid, and other exfoliating or active skincare products 48-72 hours prior to your treatment.
Avoid Other Skin Treatments: Refrain from waxing, tanning, or chemical peels in the treatment area for at least two weeks before your appointment.
Limit Alcohol: Avoid consuming alcohol for 24-48 hours before your treatment, as it can impact skin health and healing.
Medical History: Inform your practitioner of any medications you are taking or any relevant medical history.

During the Treatment

Your PRX Derm Perfexion treatment will be performed by one of our experienced skincare professionals:

Procedure Duration: The treatment typically takes 30 minutes, depending on the size of the treatment area.
Application Process: After cleansing your skin, the PRX solution is applied to clean the treatment area. This solution works to stimulate collagen production, improve elasticity, and hydrate the skin, leaving it refreshed and revitalized.
Comfort and Sensation: You may feel a mild tingling sensation during the treatment, but it is generally comfortable and pain-free.
Post-Treatment Instructions: After the procedure, your practitioner will provide specific aftercare instructions to ensure the best results.

After the Treatment

To maintain and enhance your results, follow these post-treatment instructions:

Avoid Sun/Heat Exposure: Avoid direct sun exposure and activities that cause excessive heat (like saunas or hot tubs) for 5-7 days post-treatment. Use a high-SPF sunscreen or wear protective clothing to protect your skin.
Makeup: Makeup can be applied after treatment once the moisturizer is absorbed. Gentle Skincare: Stick to gentle skincare products and avoid harsh or active ingredients for 1-2 weeks after treatment. You will be given specific products to use for 1 week post treatment.
Hydrate and Moisturize: Follow the specific aftercare instructions given by your practitioner. If no products are provided, use a gentle, hydrating moisturizer such as Alastin Nectar Dermal Repair to maintain hydration and promote healing.

Jordanna is the best I trust her completely with my face. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and always makes me feel confident in everything she does.
I get my Botox and peels with her, and I recently tried the PRX facial… I’m obsessed. It took about 30 minutes, no pain, zero downtime, and my skin looks AMAZING.

Today it was an hour of waiting, even aside from numbing time, they had zero communication with me as to how long it would take. I left without treatment.
I asked the owner to call, and she did not.
She had a “Manager” call.
