Limit Alcohol: Refrain from consuming alcohol for at least 24-48 hours before your treatment to reduce the risk of bruising.
Avoid Blood Thinners: Discontinue the use of anti-inflammatory or blood-thinning medications, such as Vitamin E, fish oil, and ginkgo biloba, for one week before your treatment if possible.
Stop Certain Skincare Products: Avoid using retinoids, glycolic acid, and other exfoliating skincare products a few days before your treatment to prevent skin irritation.
Medical History: Inform your practitioner of any relevant medical history or allergies before your treatment.

During the Treatment

Your Sculptra treatment will be performed by one of our experienced practitioners:

Procedure Duration: The treatment typically takes 30-45 minutes, depending on the areas being treated.
Precise Injection Process: Sculptra is injected into targeted areas of the face using a fine needle. The poly-L-lactic acid works to stimulate collagen production and restore volume.
Comfort Measures: Most patients experience minimal discomfort during the treatment. Your practitioner may use a topical anesthetic to ensure comfort during the injections.

After the Treatment

Post-treatment care is essential to ensure optimal results from your Sculptra treatment. Follow these post-treatment instructions:

Avoid Touching the Treated Area: Refrain from touching, rubbing, or applying makeup to the treated areas for at least 4 hours post-treatment.
Massage the Treated Area: It is very important to firmly massage the treated areas for 5 minutes, 5 times a day for the first 5 days after your treatment. This helps distribute the product evenly and prevents any lumps from forming.
Avoid Alcohol and Heat Exposure: Avoid alcohol consumption, saunas, hot tubs, or prolonged sun exposure for at least 24-48 hours post-treatment.
Be Patient: Sculptra results develop gradually over several months as the body produces new collagen. A series of treatments is typically recommended for optimal results 6-8 weeks apart.

Today it was an hour of waiting, even aside from numbing time, they had zero communication with me as to how long it would take. I left without treatment.
I asked the owner to call, and she did not.
She had a “Manager” call.
