Sofwave is a cutting-edge ultrasound treatment that targets collagen production in the deeper layers of the skin. It’s ideal for reducing wrinkles, improving skin texture, and tightening sagging skin. This non-invasive procedure is safe for all skin types and is commonly used to lift and firm areas like the face, neck, and brows, resulting in a more youthful and rejuvenated appearance. Sofwave can be used for the body, such as upper arms, abdomen, above the knees, and thighs. Body procedures will improve crepiness, cellulite, and lift/tighten the areas.

PRE-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Please follow these guidelines to ensure the safest treatment and best possible results:

Avoid Sun Exposure: Avoid prolonged sun exposure for at least 1 week prior to treatment to reduce the risk of irritation and sensitivity.
Avoid Other Skin Treatments: Refrain from chemical peels, tanning, waxing, microneedling, or laser treatments in the treatment area for at least 2 weeks prior to treatment.
Stop Active Skincare Products: Discontinue retinoids, Retin-A®, tretinoin, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, and other exfoliating or active skincare products 48–72 hours before treatment.
Medical History: Please inform your provider of any significant medical history, allergies, medications, or prior cosmetic procedures before treatment.
Pain Management: Consider taking Tylenol® (acetaminophen) and/or Advil® (ibuprofen) 30–60 minutes before your appointment to help minimize any potential discomfort during treatment.

During the Treatment

Your Sofwave treatment will be performed by one of our expert practitioners:

Procedure Duration: Sofwave treatments typically last 30-60 minutes, depending on the size of the treatment area.
Ultrasound Application: The Sofwave device delivers Synchronous Ultrasound Parallel Beam Technology to stimulate collagen production and tighten the skin. You may feel a mild warming sensation, but the treatment is generally comfortable.
Comfort Measures: Most patients report minimal discomfort. Cooling measures are used throughout the treatment to enhance comfort. ProNox can be used if needed.

POST-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS

To ensure optimal healing and results, follow these post-treatment instructions:

Expected Downtime: Sofwave® typically has minimal to no downtime. Mild redness, warmth, or slight swelling may occur immediately after treatment and usually resolves within a few hours.
Gentle Skincare: Use gentle skincare products for the first 24 hours after treatment. Avoid harsh active ingredients such as retinoids, exfoliants, and acids during this time.
Resume Normal Skincare: You may resume your normal skincare routine 24 hours after treatment once any sensitivity has resolved.
Hydrate & Moisturize: Keep skin well hydrated and moisturized to support barrier recovery and enhance comfort.
Sun Protection: Use a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen daily and avoid prolonged sun exposure for at least 1 week after treatment.
Pain Relief: Most patients experience minimal discomfort after treatment. Tylenol® (acetaminophen) may be used if needed.
Healing Process: There is typically no downtime with Sofwave®. Any redness or warmth is temporary and resolves quickly, usually within a few hours.

Jordanna is the best I trust her completely with my face. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and always makes me feel confident in everything she does.

Today it was an hour of waiting, even aside from numbing time, they had zero communication with me as to how long it would take. I left without treatment.
I asked the owner to call, and she did not.
She had a “Manager” call.
