Avoid Sun Exposure: Refrain from prolonged sun exposure for at least 1-2 weeks before treatment to minimize the risk of irritation.
Stop Certain Skincare Products: Discontinue the use of retinoids, glycolic acid, and other exfoliating or active skincare products 48-72 hours before your treatment.
Avoid Other Skin Treatments: Refrain from waxing, tanning, and other chemical peels in the treatment area for two weeks before your appointment.
Limit Alcohol: Avoid consuming alcohol for at least 24-48 hours before your treatment, as it can affect skin health and healing.
Medical History: Inform your practitioner of any medications you are taking and any relevant medical history.

During the Treatment

Your VI Peel treatment at Skin Thesis will be quick, easy, and tailored to your skin’s needs:

Procedure Duration: The VI Peel typically takes about 30 minutes, making it a convenient treatment option.
Application of Peel: After cleansing your skin, your practitioner will apply the VI Peel solution to the targeted areas. The peel penetrates deep into the skin, stimulating cellular turnover and collagen production.
Comfort and Sensation: You may feel a slight tingling or warming sensation during the peel. Thanks to ingredients like Phenol, the treatment is pain-free.
Post-Peel: Once the peel is complete, your practitioner will provide specific aftercare instructions to ensure optimal healing and results. Your skin may have a tint until washing your face. The skin may start to peel as of day 2 and continue up to 3 days. After 3 days, the skin will be slightly dry until full recovery up to 7 days.

Jordanna is the best I trust her completely with my face. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and always makes me feel confident in everything she does.

Today it was an hour of waiting, even aside from numbing time, they had zero communication with me as to how long it would take. I left without treatment.
I asked the owner to call, and she did not.
She had a “Manager” call.
